But at what point, Shack, have we gone too low for your count to saved? The indices are cutting through support after support here, and it's mighty ugly, particularly in non-tech. Gotta be saved soon, yes?

Named new CEO, don't think a reason was given for the change.

Gerstner will remain chairman for 2002. Seems like a transition as the newly named CEO (believe the name is Palmisano) was "next in line".
