Be real careful WMB.
They guaranteed the last WCG bond deal and are obligated to give an equal amount of WMB common stock if they can't raise the cash to make the guarantee, money good. Of course, the lower the stock goes the more shares would have to be issued....creates a death spiral.

WCG ain't exactly healthy itself.
