Petrol, we just need to watch the indicators. The watching and wondering for sure may never be made crystal clear. If we have a break of the down pattern and have 3-4 days in a row and we keep breaking support levels, then that would be a fairly serious turn of events. If the media and trader talk gets more and more concerned about accounting issues of highly leveraged companies and that became a BIG deal, then that could cause serious but probably limited downside overall, too. But I am not going to assume the pattern or 1-2 up days followed by 1-2 down days is broken until it IS.
