Pravin, Re: Alchemy processors currently made at TSMC. Should see a good performance boost and power reduction in going to 0.13u SOI.

Having thought a little more about the deal I think it would make the most sense for AMD to fab Alchemy's processors at FAB25. They have a lot of capacity there, leading-edge technology for embedded processors (0.18 micron) and shouldn't be concerned over flash (flash is still very weak and FASL has three mega fabs, so there's already lots of flash capacity in place). AMD's Dresden fab should be reserved for the high-margin Athlon XP IMO.
