Capitulation Defined:
It needs to be defined in advance. I define it as 25% or less bullishness on the ave of 3 Surveys published in Barrons, plus significant outflows from Stock Funds on a 4wk mov ave basis. It's not likely to happen this time. It only happens at major lows, not at the end of against the grain corrections in a bull market. IMHO
