Yup, Dow should want to at least probe under that shelf.

This down for RUMX, if it holds, ranks up there. Ignoring the Sep massacre, one has to go back to Mar/01 to find a -4% day. Since July of 1997, here are the BKX down days greater than 4%:

Volumes on NQ have picked up starting before 2:15 and continue to accelerate as price falls. Could be capitulation but seems to want to go lower. eom
