<three weeks of companies saying 'Wait till next year'>

Could be a few players got the message!

Most of these one day mini-meltdowns have washed out the weak hands and triggered a rally phase. Why am I getting the feeling it might not happen this time?<g>

Kudos on your gold positions.

First time in the 10 months, since I began using it, my gold timing model has missed even a minor up move. So, I've had no PM stocks, at all, since 2 days before bullion topped in $288-290 area. Looked like an short to intermediate term top in my work. And unless this is a double top, looks like I'm going to be wrong.

Although I've got none of the stocks, am short some NEM Mar 17 1/2 poots sld naked when NEM was in the upper teens in Nov/Dec. Remember thinking - when I opened the position - I'd have a lot of NEM shares put to me by or before expiration.<lol> Now? Looks more like I'll be putting the premium in my pocket. Not near as good as owning a basket of those stocks, the past week, that's for sure!

Congrats again for hanging in there.

Best regards,
