BTW real estate fans... just talked to a friend of mine that I did some deals with in the early 90's. He did some deals in CA later and made a bundle on an apartment complex in Oakland.... only one problem: He's now getting sued by current owner because apparently the building has MOLDS in it and the owners are getting sued for huge bucks due to health problems. He claims that it's the next "asbestos" according to lawyers licking their chops. FWIW, having your name on a title even years ago isn't fun if it turns into a 'clean up' site of some type.
