Well, every other day a Bush girl gets arrested! Today's decline is almost entirely because the investors are afraid that too many companies might have cooked their books...

In this environment, it is difficult to have a sustained, secular bull-market. I think we are stuck with bear-market rallies and short-term bull-markets interspersed with bearish periods, i.e. a secular bear, for some years to come.

Someone on another thread pointed this resource out:

polaris.umuc.edu

It is a Java tutorial for beginners. I have been working my way thru and think it is excellent. So if any Sun fans want to help people trying to learn the language, maybe this is a good site to refer them to.

>>>Having another Bush girl arrested doesn't help sentiment, either<<<

Darn it, now the Republicans have to scrap all those posters with the header..."Family Values start Here".

Now if we could only get Ashcroft and Rumsfeld, to get a good buzz, they might lighten up a little. Ashcroft looks like the poster boy for a funeral parlor....:)

Regards, Jerome
