And how, pray tell, is the forming of the national energy policy by the Vice-President and pals different than the forming of National Health Care Policy by the (sort of) Vice-President <g> (Co-President?) Hillary Clinton and pals?

The Republicans were irate, irate, over the fact that the policy deliberations were done behind closed doors. They wanted all of the process in the open, as I recall.

What is the difference now?

Dear Duke of URL, W also hid his official records from the public after he left the
Texas Governor's House. By law, those records belong to the people. W sent
those records to his father's library so the public cannot see them.

One wonders how many exchanges from Kenneth Lay are among those
hidden records.
