Its still pretty subjective mike. We hit some 100 day/all-time highs for the bear funds last week and here the SPX is still lower.

I would agree that we are building towards a major turn up but who's to say we don't go back to those late September extremes? Its a tough call IMO involving too much guesswork.

But that's trading i guess..
