It's easy to see why. I think the 100 million registration forbodes new stock issuance. Earnings were just on target (depending on the service you follow.....), and the stock has come a long long way. I think it's ripe for a rest.

Not complaining, mind you. I had previously exited my position last week(pre-earnings) from early last year, looking for re-entry.

I think when they sell this off I will be more than happy to pick up some cheap shares, for a solid LT appreciation opportunity.
