let me see if i understand this. jan 16th, the stock traded between 2.40 and 2.50 someone states that it's a good short jan 18th, the company announces an $850k private placement jan 23rd or jan 24th... you short after the stock has dropped to the $1.50's and now you are upset about the guidance.

You are screwed ??? BTGS is a scam, if i were you id learn what allocation is and id apply some common sense not every scam falls into the abyss, many languish as turds for a while before the scam finally fails.
