Thanks for the answer to my question. Due to the premise you believe, your logic remains intact, IMO. I can however assure you that I have witnessed the video countless times, from early in the year the DNA evidence was produced, in which he was asked directly "Are you saying she(Lewinsky) is lying?" His reply was "well, if she said that, it's not the truth." Or how about the very well known finger point act when he said "I have not had sexual relations with that woman." T.P., you can trust my above paraphrasing, believe me. Just ask around. But T.P. please, if you wish to argue that an ass-licking blow job replete with ejaculation, doesn't amount to "sexual relations," take it somewhere else, for we will again have disagreed upon a premise.
