Interesting. If you are a senior manager at a company where something has gone wrong, and employees have been hurt (for example) try asking the companies lawyers if it's OK to send flowers to an injured employee (or even dead ones)

Along with many things wrong, all of a sudden it's wrong to be a compassionate human being too.

Thats something that also needs fixing. Being a real manager should carry some kudos.

I'm talking about real life situations though, not some scam operators at Enron with TV presentations.
