Good question. I don't have a simple answer. Cheap and a lot would be relative both to AMDs ability to pay, and to the expected revenue and eventually profits from the resources that AMD gains from the acquisition.

I don't currently have enough info to even try to give you a dollar figure that would be cheap or expensive for this deal.
