KT, I've wondered why my wife's 401K would only offer about 8 of the Vanguard funds... does her company (or any, for that matter) pay less for such a plan (admin costs)? Maybe I could get a few pharmacists to complain -- maybe now that the illusion is being shattered, more would be willing to gripe. I would guess the entire value of the 401K is perhaps $15M. Maybe they are penalized for being small? The one before this had just three funds - a small group down in Oregon.
