Wow
Am most impressed with the stocks you are working with. I tried the ratl and also dscm a few days ago but
sold at cost when i got more invested than preferable. Could try them again if market improved.
Profits I have today come from only two stocks, but not knowing in advance which those will be, then one needs
to start with more or keep trying more. I used to work with maybe 22 and that was too many, today I have about 5 majors and add one or two to experiment with which seems about right
I think you got a few good earnings reports yesterday so good luck.
I have started to sell some Ally but thats very debatable as its sure one tough stock. Sold a covered call
to see what will happen (and gain experience) in lieu of selling stock outright.
Keep the Geacf for six months minimum.
To have Bill O'Rilley and his vast audience discussing corporations scares me. I hope he is as well informed
as he is on other subjects. The Dow was in use for 20 years before anyone considered stocks to be an "investment" instead of just speculation. And our laws are mainly based on English business law which does not exactly favor an individual investor.
With limited time, Bill tends to concentrate on one subject and make it very clear which could result in only limited damage. Does someone want to show me how Ford makes money and pays dividends when their
debt to equity has gone up from 8/1 to 12/1?. Can anyone make sense of the IBM 10-k ?
Cant start getting suddenly all rightious here - but its true some adjustments are needed.
Consider the millions if not billions that it will cost taxpayers for that Msft debacle. The government had a huge source of income from employees paychecks, from options profits, from taxes on capital gains Today that income is far smaller, and the loss is contributing to the deficit which everyone will have to pay regardless of whose side we were on.
President Bush was real serious last night. Adds new meaning to the words "Don"t Mess With Texas.",
(or a President from Texas) without first considering the consequences or watching some "Gunsmoke" episodes.

Sig ( sorry if to wordy)
