Mark the first amendment doesn't give special rights to the wealthy but their money gives them special opportunity. The rich and the poor have free speech rights, but the rich can afford full page adds in the New York Times. The rich and the poor have 2nd amendment rights but the poor can maybe afford a cheap handgun, while the rich could afford to have many examples of the best made guns in the world.
