In essence it does, since it assumes a gradual decrease in average PE over the next few years. In the meanwhile, just as they announced GDP, I jumped back into to Q here, BRCD $35.36, BRCM $43, QLGC at $47.69, EMLX $44.59 and JNPR at $16.75. Before that I doubled up on IDPH at $55.85, this position goes altogether if we close (or seem to close) under $55.
