Money is certainly part of it. But, I also think that wars control the common man. We tend to be blind sided by wars..........it has given the right wing an opportunity to change alot of the rules. When we are pushed into "hot button" situations we tend to rally around the leaders. Bush wsn't popular at all until the war started. He now has popularity so he can force his agenda on this country. People forget that his agenda wasn't what most people wanted before the war. The oligarchy that runs this country wants Bush in, cause they will get their way with him. The rich are going to get a whole lot richer and have to help alot fewer Americans.....that makes them happy. Many programs will be dropped cause there won't be any money for them. That will be how Bush's programs are sold. He will give out gov't contracts and then cut social programs because America will not want to raise taxes. He already positioned himself last night in his speech when he said that Congress has to cut spending..........he forgot to mentioned his administration has to also. The downward spiral has started. The plan is in place and there are too many blind sided fools who can't see through the rhetoric. I just hope they wake up before we go back 70 years.
