Keith: The $200 Aircard or $100 mobile kit or $80 new phone or 24 month Advantage Agreement isn't modest. I have a Startac phone I paid $200 and I bought the mobile office kit for another $100 two years ago and it works perfectly fine. It'd be nice if they could flash my Startac with the 1XRTT. However you have to admire their marketing coordination with Qcom "jargon" i.e. "Network Express 1XRTT". I actually didn't see the 1XRTT the first few times I read through their web site.
