Sahara,

No wash sale to worry about unless you buy the shares back within 30 days of selling them. The second buy you made was not a replacement for shares you sold, so that in itself does not create a wash sale. If you only sold half, then you would have a wash sale on the first lot.

Plus, you don't have to even worry about wash sales unless they span a calendar year (from Dec - Jan). A wash sale mid-year is nothing to worry about or even bother computing.
