Colleen:

I am not sure why you feel IGIT has no respect for his fellow man, or human race in general (as you stated).

I think you may have misunderstood IGIT. Having come to know him on this thread over the past several months I think I can make the following statement. That his statement of

> we are trying to see if the terrorist attacks are justified by the Islamic scripture, which I believe they are!

He in no way form or shape is implying the justification of terrorist attacks, rather he is stating the justification of the "assumption" that the terrorist attacks took place becuase of Islamic scriptures. He is simply objecting the political correctness that regretfully exists around the terrorist attacks claiming that they were not related to any Islamic scriptures.

Regards,

Colleen,

I must totally apologize to you because my message must have been unclear, or you have misunderstood me totally!

I personally condemn terrorism and think something must be done about it!

I do my best to love all people, to love my neighbor as myself. Sometime I fail, but I try my hardest.

I am trying to love the Muslim people as well! So much so I study their religion, on my free time, (sometimes at the expense of my own family) to find out the truth about Islam, and to talk to Muslims about their beliefs. I speak to them out of love for them, to show them the truth about their religion, and if allowed, to tell them of God's love for them.

Because my interpretation (and many others as well) of their scripture justifies the terroristic attacks does not make me agree with it. I think that scripture is polluted by the evil one, through man. All I am trying to do is show what the scripture says, and ask others if they can live with the interpretation I, and many others have come up with. I can't live with it ! And I believe something must be done about it! Not everyone agrees!

Now if you are mad that I have interpreted the scripture this way, and do not think I am right, review all of my posts on this thread and on the "Islam, the Message" thread and then tell me where I am wrong. I have been speaking to many, including Muslims, and no one can disprove my interpretation. Would you like too?

And again, I think something must be done about these violent scriptures or else we are not going to like what we see in the future.

Hope this clarifies things for you....

God Bless,
IGIT

Hello Colleen. Hope you stay around and pass on some of your thoughts about the so called islam/muslim religion.
All my life I have tried to live by the rule of " live and let live " Then Sept 11 happened, until then I did not pay any attention to different religions, That has changed and now I need to no why there is a world class religion that thrives on hate and wants to kill all infidels which I according to the muslims are/is/am one.

Take care
Lorne
