yeah, and how the housing rush was brought about by an uptick in rates that got marginal folks off the fence, too.

CNBC does't care ... it's all about pumpin' and pimpin', but all this is going to make for an absolute disaster when it comes to sequential comparisons -- that's the thing to remember and why one must stay short. And when the semis and techs confess there isn't going to be a turnaround this year -- box it up, it's done.

A drug pusher never tells his customers that they may be using a bit too much... that perhaps they should lay off the stuff for a week or two and spend time with the wife and kids.

A person headed for financial distress continues to be flooded with credit card and personal loan preapprovals even as the current tradelines are being tapped out. "Would you like a $15,405 Capital One Personal Loan? Use it for...whatever. No questions asked."

In a customer-focused society, there is no context in which rudeness (i.e. honesty) is appropriate, no translation for "Non serviam".
