Yes, as if there were a greater danger of bribery in having lobbying out in the open. If organizations and businesses are not satisfied they are getting a fair hearing, they are likelier wonder who is paying off whom, and to try to get in on the action. Plus, one can keep track of who is talking to whom better if they are mostly doing business in the open..........
