A good correction can kick in here if non-tech decides to join; up to now today it is lagging and I've not much interest in a long while it is so weak. XMI is at a critical test here with decent support close by. It is only a few points above the .382 retracement from the Sep lows.

Look at the test in GE. Go back to the 3/22/0 low and draw a horizontal line!

The sort of pump and failure we are seeing is the setup for a waterfall decline. Bulls have to step up here to precent a news-making fall.
