Wasn't George Bush in Florida on September 11th? Maybe his brother was making sure the national guard was ready to protect him from illiterate Palm Beach voters :-)

I don't know anything about that. Wouldn't surprise me, though that the President's visit, in and of itself, would be enough cause for the heightened security.
