>>I hope your wrong about that 1300 number<<

Me too. But I think the chance is getting higher that it will happen...

Now I see more news with headline about "accounting uncertainty" "cannot trust financial statements"...

It is not only the fear, but due to this accounting mess, we WILL see less profit next quarter. Accounting firms will have to give more strict guidelines and these WILL disclose gray areas.

By this April more skeletons will be uncovered...

If the best of the best, Arthur Andersen, has been practicing accounting almost to the "criminal level", may god help us.

Now CPAs will be ranked along with the lawyers in trustworthy category...

I agree about the Bush speach leaks. I didn't get it till the next day that the selling was caused by people knowing in advance. It may be a fight we can't avoid but I don't think anyone want's it.

Yea, looks like I'm wrong about 1300 by end of April...
But Nas did lose over 300 points since January though.
(Nas dip below 1700 to 1664, QQQ 31 today)
I think there are still a good chance (20 to 30%) that we'll see Nas at 1300 to 1400 soon.

Did you notice more companies with HUGE write offs in their F/S? I think it is Enron effect kicking in...
CPAs doesn't want to carry "gray" assets on books.

Clean up time! Which spells out big losses for many companies which applied "creative accounting policies".

<<OT>>

Why is it you can be polite on this thread
yet come over to our thread and stink it up worse than a fart from a skunk?

You have provided nothing productive, despite repeated requests to either clean up or leave you refuse to get it through your head no one likes someone that goes around tossing insults. I am sorry about your market woes, I have stated that publicly, but they are YOUR problems. Sure you STILL have the PRIVILEGE to post insults over there but you have now lost any bit of integrity you may have gained.

You should be truly ashamed of the way you handled yourself over on our thread.
You LIE, you INSULT, you have no integrity, and you take away from the integrity of our thread by provoking others to engage in your juvenile insult posting game.

Get a fresh diaper or get lost.
P.S> I have never before posted a PM in public, but I tried to resolve this thing with the least amount of humiliation to you, but you threw it back in my face. SO be it!

What a pompous ASS you are!! >>>>

I'm trying real hard not to reduce myself to your level, but you have a knack for being incredibly rude towards others. Why are you so hostile? And I'm also curious about another thing. Are you a liar as well, like R***1?

Glad to hear this from someone who has DSL. I'm still in the stone age with AOL ISP service, but at this point I'm willing to remain at the slower speeds.

I'd have to say at this point your level of integrity is nearing that of R***1 which if you are not aware of, it's close to zero.

Ah, the heck with it, it's late, my apologies to the thread regulars for muddying up the waters.

Well, that was the public message I deleted. In all honesty, I do not enjoy getting into flaming wars with others. It rarely accomplishes anything productive.

If you want to be one of the productive participants on our thread, I and others would welcome your involvement. Trust me, it's still not too late- but I would begin by apologizing to mph. Otherwise, we're going to be locked into a no win situation. I don't know about you, but I have better things to do with my time than waste it fighting about trivial things. Hey, we're all here on SI trying to make a buck. Why fight amongst ourselves?

I hope you will have a change of heart after reading this message and try and start over again on our thread. Again, there are some very savvy traders as well as investors on the thread. You stand much to gain or lose.
I suppose that's about all I have to say at this late hour.
