Are already committed. That is a difference of 14 to 16 million between what they know they will earn and what they are projecting. They guided upwards from a previous projection of about 110 million. Again, not great (as this guidance number of 110 million for '02 was the result of a steep lowering of guidance from last year).

But the unknowns of other revenue streams are said to be not factored into the 100 million figure.

** Of concern was the fact that query numbers were flat to down (hopefully the excite purchase can breath some life into the per query search results as it looks like that metric may be declining.

Also, INSP is apparently using a base monthly price to charge for wireline services until a client exceeds certain usage levels. This is good in that it is an easy sales tool to get new accounts....It takes money out of INSP coffers as you are making less while helping your partners to grow....Jain is in it for the long haul. This is good business.
