Start with campaign finance reform. Full disclosure of all contributions. Limitation on soft money contributions. Severe limitations and accountability for personal use of campaign funds.

Apply SEC principles to campaign rhetoric. Hold politicians responsible for lying like officers of a publicly traded corporation.
