Sorry Tom- I don't subscribe to them. Just look at their free charts on occasion.

They update the site, so I would assume they are still in business. Perhaps they've changed their address. Maybe try giving them a phone call??

Tom,
I'm a subscriber and have had no problems with securitytrader site.
If you pay by plastic, check out the phone number listed on your cc bill, maybe you can contact them that way.
