Don't be fooled by appearances my friend. Bush is the son of the other Bush and he learned from his dad. His dad shot himself in the foot every time he talked about world anything. His New World Order speech did not go over with the American public. His son won't forget that lesson. His talk now doesn't mean anything, he's another globalist like his dad. I am very skeptical of him.
