You hit the issue on its head. In my mind this behavior itself is not so bad. ELN ends up with stakes in a JV and/or a biotech company (usually has options for either/or). But the misleading that was done (either by accident or intentionally) burying a lot of the activity in the Interest (net) and other line is the disturbing part. I did not become aware of the true magnitude of all this until I read a NCB report late last year. I knew what was going on - just not that steps taken to obfuscate the numbers. Even still, I bought thinking the reaction (before today) was overdone. Oh well. Live and learn. Jon
