12.30 cst P/C ratio spiked to 1.26 from from 12 noon reading 1.12 and now the the ingredients for an afternoon squeeze is on.

Maybe the P/C ratio is set up for a pop, and the market may get a sugar buzz off the Fed report. The NDX failed to hold above the 200 DMA and the 50 DMA and the next firm support looks to be closer to 1400 than 1500.
