Given you'd have to prove intent to defraud, and furthermore given that he posted the link to the real press release... I'd say it's going to cost him zero, zilch, zippo...

Bilow on the RMBS thread got suspended for quite a while for doing less a few months ago.

Not that I advocate it, I think Paul was pretty funny there.
