Rono: Exactly.. In September. LWIN wrote to the Commission to BEG for more resourse numbers for Phoenix and Pittsburgh. The gave them Phoenix numbers, but denied Pittsburgh because it's area code was also in "extreme jeopardy". If you look at the CO code distribution in Buffalo, you will see that on average 2 CO codes were being issued per month. Until 3 months before LWIN was going to launch.. Then suddenly every wireless operator in the market started requesting number resources. Cricket has been effectively "locked out of the market" because of this "sudden rush" for numbering resources when LWIN needed them. It is absurd!
