Dave, Dioptic Labs was changed to a direct sales method almost a year ago. My understanding of the meaning of this is that they are largely contract sales based on a form of commission. I have no details though. I believe DMX is going this way on Pennsaid to a large degree as a means of getting started. I would suspect that there would be a sales manager or some core employees overseeing the expected Cdn sales process. I'm unsure of any of the details here. Wolf
