As I've said previously, I think the Administration is making a political mistake by not releasing the documents. BUT I can also appreciate the larger issue of Executive Privilege. In the absence of any evidence of wrongdoing, in fact to the contrary, it appears the Administration did exactly as it should have when called by ENRON for a favor, to wit, nothing. I can not second guess the President's call to invoke the privilege. Its far different from the last President invoking privileges to cover his sorry lying ass or Nixon's equally dishonest attempt.
