If every president's administration was gone over with a fine toothed comb in the way Pres. Clinton's was for 8 yrs, we would probably find many of the items on your list.

Ann,
Total cop out. Reagan and Bush Senior faced rabid scrutiny. Blaming Clinton's malfeasance on the fact that his political opponents were looking for dirt is a total cop out. Make sure you wash behind your ears after you pull your head out of the sand.
