They chose the wording carefully: "a little better" and "more robust". This also fits in with what we "should" expect from Gottfried's charts. A slow (relatively flat) ascent (ie "little better") for the next few months before a "more robust" 2nd half of 2002.

If one hasn't done this yet, it's time to weed out the poorly performing companies from those that are still executing well from a purely fundamental stand point. Once this is accomplished, then the TA can take over as a useful tool for actively trading the cream of the crop.
