Hi Hawkmoon,

Your discussion is pretty far afield from the FADG theme, so I'll be brief:

When the size of the national debt diminishes in comparison to GDP growth, the Fed has a harder time managing the monetary system, and it's actions create more volatility than is necessary.

To me, this sounds like pure sophistry from a bond salesman trying to justify his existence.

Other than that, I've found lots to disagree with in your post, but will refrain from comment.

The blinding biases in arguments put forth by partisans of every stripe never cease to annoy me. But only for a second, when I can click to a next post... even a next post written by the same partisans with the blinders off.
