I was also madly trying to get in the money, near-term (February) calls. For some reason, my trading platform rejected all of the trades after I placed them. Open interest was shown as zero, but there was volume shown for today.

I need to figure out where I went wrong.

WMB was similar today, for anybody who read the 10Q. I bought and sold it for $1.7, but only 500 shares, unfortunately. The decline in market cap was twice the maximum possible hit from its commitments to WCG, so it seemed to be a fair bet.
Completely missed ELN, tho. Too impressionable.
