I never took you for a sucker before. Now it is clear you are math challenged. Forbes is in the highest bracket at present, 39.7% or so. He proposes 17%. It's pretty simple. He is utterly self serving in his efforts to appear to be reasonable and sensible. He's just as much a snake in the grass as Kenny Boy Lay is. Don't be deceived.
