Exactly why I acquired a good sized slug of IBM puts.
Gerstner's slimey accounting is starting to ooze out into the open and there are fund managers getting antsy as I noted last evening.

By the way, I loved that comment about CPQ's acquisition of DEC and the accounting shenanigans in that one. I wrote that situation up in "The Tech Review in detail way back when it actually occurred. I also recall lively debates about it over on the MB thread at the time. Markets are efficient? LOL!
