(OT) To me it is absolutely incomprehensible that the same guys who sent a man to moon with the power of a slide ruler can not run a working national ID system. If so, how the hell are you dimwits then able to register motor vehicles or to index books in a library in Boise, Idaho? And without the ID system, how can you guys track down criminals, conmen, perverts, deadbeat daddies, tax fraudsters, bankruptcy swindlers and social security cheats? No wonder these groups form approx. 50% of the population by my own conservative estimate. - rajala
