Well, Mark, I think you said it all with your comment below:

Heck, any OTC stock with a Caymen Islands connection is a no-no for investors, analysts too. So what makes it a go-go when companies like Enron set up scores of companies on this tiny islandic spread of 31,000 people? Geez, poor Delaware got left out in those Enron deals--lol!

It'sboth sad and amazing that it happens like that, ain't it? Yup, it is!
