HJ the warehouse shopping 'membership' thing makes me nuts, but it makes BJ's, COTSCo etc rich. People go to these big warhouse stores intending to buy their paper towles and soap, and they end up getting that plus a wet vac machine and two videos. It's amazing the pshycology of these places...

But back to my orig peeve- these places charge a membership fee so they can get all your demog info, then they track what you buy, and then they sell all the data to who knows what other co's! And for that they charge customers a fee!! Only in america.

Costco and Sam's Club are almost identical with very good success. I do not believe people will pay to shop on-line. I really can't say I know.
