Question I haven't seen addressed. How does a team operating under today's salary cap pressures manage to keep 8 pro bowlers, the best player, one of the best running backs, the best o-line and still bring in a H-O-F player like Aneas Williams? How do the Rams stay so loaded with the cap structure the way it is?
