Larry, Are you using a multi-day channel or an intra-day channel? Cause the intra-day channel should have signaled you out at 45.8. Sounds like you are using a multi-day channel.

Larry, it is a combination, in this case, the Naz dictated by getting under the 1910 (1900 should hold, at least for now) and doing it close to the $11:30 window of the "lunch tactic".
